We just wrapped up our ninth annual AppFolio Customer Conference, where we virtually hosted thousands of our customers from all 50 states. Our teams listened, learned, and had fun as we strengthened connections with our customers. Every year we look forward to hosting events like AppFolio Customer Conference to help our customers create space for what matters and maximize their investment in our software.
This year’s conference focused on themes of growth, leadership, and service. We hosted almost 50 unique sessions from trusted partners, key customers, and industry insiders. We even heard from bestselling author of Atomic Habits, James Clear, and Forbes’ “Most Powerful Women in Sports” and CEO of Exos, Sarah Robb O’Hagan.
We value staying close to our customers – learning their challenges, what they seek in their partners, and how they measure success. During the conference, we heard the story of Flock DC, an AppFolio Property Manager customer who – through their partnership with us – has streamlined and automated operations, creating space for their team to focus on community transformation.
